  • Quotations and Project Confirmation

    All services are subject to project requirements, service scope, timeline, technical feasibility and written confirmation. A quotation or proposal may be issued before the commencement of work.

  • Pricing and Payment

    Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on the project scope, customisation, service period and support requirements.

    Payment terms, due dates and payable amounts will be stated in the quotation, invoice or payment page issued to the customer.

  • Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, content, images, branding materials, attendee or submission requirements, approval feedback and any other information required for service delivery.

  • Delivery of Services

    Service delivery timelines depend on the agreed project scope and the timely receipt of required information from the customer. Digital services may be delivered through website access, system setup, email communication, online demonstration, training session or agreed project handover.

  • Changes and Customisation

    Any request that is outside the agreed project scope may be subject to additional charges and revised delivery timelines. Additional work will only proceed upon confirmation.

  • Cancellation and Refunds

    Cancellation and refund matters are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the agreed quotation, invoice or service agreement.

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, system frameworks, source code, templates, modules, tools and technical components developed or owned by 360 Degree Apps Sdn Bhd remain the property of 360 Degree Apps Sdn Bhd. Customer-provided content, logos and materials remain the property of the respective customer or rights holder.

  • Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Degree Apps Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, website or systems.
