Types of Users
We support two types of users on our platform, and our data practices vary depending on your role:

  1. Clients
    Clients are organizations or individuals who use 360D’s software and services to create and manage event registration forms.
     
  2. Attendees
    Attendees are individuals who register for events through these forms, created and managed by Clients using our platform.

Information We Collect

Attendee Information (Collected via Client Registration Pages)

  • Ownership: All data submitted by attendees through registration pages is the exclusive property of the Client. 360D acts solely as a data processor on their behalf.
  • Use & Access: 360D does not access, use, sell, rent, or distribute attendee information. Our role is to securely host and store this data.
  • Responsibility: It is the Client’s responsibility to determine what information is collected and how it is used.

Client Information (Collected by 360D)

  • When collected: When a Client signs up for a demo, creates an account, or contacts 360D by phone or email to start using our services.
  • What we collect: Personal and contact information, including name, email, phone number, billing/shipping address, and organizational details.
  • Why we collect it:
    • To deliver services and communicate effectively.
    • For billing, account setup, technical support, and service updates.
  • Data sharing: This information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Surveys & Feedback

From time to time, 360D may offer Clients or Attendees the opportunity to participate in surveys or contests. These are completely voluntary and may request:

  • Basic demographic data
  • Contact details (email, phone number, address)

The information collected in these surveys is used exclusively for:

  • Service improvement
  • User experience enhancements
  • Gathering feedback about features or updates

We do not share survey responses with third parties unless:

  • Explicit consent has been given, or

Uses of Information

360D provides online event registration services to clients for managing attendee and/or vendor registrations. Any information submitted on a registration page is the sole property of the client, stored on 360D's servers, and is only accessible to the authorized client or to 360D upon the client’s direct request. If an attendee wishes to know how their information will be used, they should review the client’s privacy statement or contact the client directly.

With the client’s permission, 360D may use the client's email address to send secondary communications such as newsletters. Clients can opt-out of these communications during the account signup process or at any time by following the instructions included in the newsletter. 360D will not use an attendee’s information for secondary communications unless authorized by the client.


Communications from the Site

Customer Service

Based on the personally identifiable information you provide, we will communicate with you to respond to your inquiries, provide requested services, and manage your account. Communication may occur via email or telephone, according to your preferences.

We do not share your profile with third parties except as described in this privacy statement.


Information Sharing and Disclosure

Attendees who provide personally identifiable information must refer to the client and their privacy policies to understand how to opt out of having their information used for purposes like newsletters and marketing materials. We are not responsible for opt-out opportunities, as the attendee’s personal data is the property of the client. While 360D provides the secure storage and software to manage the information, we will not share or use attendee information for any purpose unless directed by the client.

Clients can opt-out of having their personally identifiable information used for secondary communications, such as newsletters, at the time of account creation. If you are currently receiving newsletters or other communications, you can opt-out by following the instructions in the communication or by emailing support@360degree.app.
